Unlike gas furnaces that blow 120°F air, heat pumps deliver steady 90°F to 95°F air, which warms your home effectively but can feel slightly cool against human skin (98.6°F). However, if the air feels distinctly cold (under 80°F), your reversing valve or refrigerant circuit requires repair.
